About Course
Learn Penetrant Testing (PT) from zero and prepare for the Level II exam. The course has 7 interactive animated lessons with voice-over, an equipment simulator, a bilingual workbook you read right inside the course, and a question bank with practice by topic and a timed mock exam.
Topics run from how penetrant testing works, cleaning, equipment and materials, surface preparation and applying penetrant, and emulsifying, removal and developing, to inspection, evaluation and quality control, discontinuities, method selection and certification. Everything is in both Indonesian and English. Lesson 1 is free to try.
The PT Equipment Practical Simulator is a virtual penetrant process line. Combine Type I and II penetrants, Methods A, B, C and D and developer forms, see which combinations are allowed, check the system on the test panel, then process and interpret a weld.
