Visual Testing (VT) Level II

Learn Visual Testing (VT) from zero and prepare for the Level II exam. The course has 9 interactive animated lessons with voice-over, an equipment simulator, a bilingual workbook you read right inside the course, and a question bank with practice by topic and a timed mock exam.

Topics run from the human eye and vision tests, light and lighting, and the factors that affect VT, through optics (lenses, fibres and sensors), direct VT tools and measurement and remote VT equipment, to discontinuities, codes, evaluation and reporting, procedures and certification. Everything is in both Indonesian and English. Lesson 1 is free to try.

The VT Equipment Practical Simulator is a virtual weld inspection bench. Set the lighting and viewing angle, measure welds with the bridge cam and fillet gauges, inspect a pipe root with the videoscope, then accept or reject.
