These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of academy.hktiga.com and to every purchase on it. The site is operated by PT Karya Kreatif Khawarizmi under the Highkey Academy brand ("we"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell online training courses in non-destructive testing (NDT) at Level II: Magnetic Particle, Penetrant, Ultrasonic, Visual, Eddy Current and Radiographic Testing. A course includes interactive lessons, an equipment simulator, a question bank and a digital workbook. All products are digital; nothing is shipped.

2. Training, not certification

Our courses prepare you for NDT Level II work and examinations. Buying or completing a course does not by itself give you an NDT certification. Certification is issued by your employer or an authorised certification body under its own written practice or scheme.

3. Account

You need an account to buy and use a course. Keep your login details private. An account and its courses are for one person only; sharing an account or its content is not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that are shared.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) on each course page and at checkout. You can pay through Xendit (for example QRIS, virtual account, e-wallet and, where available, credit or debit card) or by bank transfer to our BCA account. Payments through Xendit are processed by Xendit; we do not see or store your card number.

5. Access

For payments through Xendit, your course opens automatically as soon as Xendit confirms the payment. For bank transfers, the course opens after we confirm the transfer, at the latest within 1×24 hours on working days. You keep access to a purchased course for as long as Highkey Academy operates the platform (lifetime access). Lesson 1 of every course can be tried for free before buying.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All lessons, simulators, questions, workbooks, videos and images belong to PT Karya Kreatif Khawarizmi. You may use them for your own learning only. Copying, recording, reselling or sharing them is not allowed.

8. Acceptable use

Do not try to bypass access controls, download content in bulk, or disrupt the site.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the site available but cannot guarantee it is never interrupted. We may improve or update course content. We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version.

10. Liability

The courses are training material. Inspection decisions in real work remain the responsibility of the qualified personnel and procedures in force at your workplace. Our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that course.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
